About the Role We are a well-established, reputable auto body shop in San Leandro looking for a motivated, coachable, and friendly individual to join our team in an entry-level position . This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent high school graduate or someone early in their career who wants to build a stable, rewarding future in the automotive industry. If you're reliable, have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn a skilled trade with strong earning potential, we want to hear from you — no prior experience required . We will provide full training and mentorship. What You'll Do Learn how to write professional insurance estimates (we'll train you step-by-step) Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide excellent service Assist with day-to-day shop operations Order parts and maintain strong relationships with vendors Follow up with customers and insurance companies Support the team with various tasks to keep the shop running smoothly This role offers a great mix of customer interaction, hands-on learning, and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll gain valuable technical and business skills that can lead to rapid advancement. Who We're Looking For Recent high school graduate or early-career professional Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow Friendly, outgoing personality and good communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (we'll teach the rest) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Passion for cars or the automotive industry is a big plus!
