Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wrapping Installer specializing in vehicle wraps to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying high-quality vehicle wraps, ensuring flawless finishes and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge graphics and innovative materials, transforming vehicles into eye-catching works of art. Your expertise will help elevate our reputation for precision and excellence in vehicle customization and branding. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and performing minor auto body repairs to ensure optimal wrap adhesion. Measure and cut vinyl wraps accurately to fit various vehicle models, utilizing hand tools and power tools for precise application. Apply vehicle wraps smoothly and securely, using techniques such as airless paint spraying, buffing, and heat guns to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles. Perform welding or mechanical adjustments as needed to ensure proper fitment of wraps on complex surfaces. Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Assist with vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, auto body repair, and auto painting tasks when required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to heavy lifting, power tools, and auto glass handling. Qualifications Proven experience in dealership or auto body shop environments with a strong background in vehicle wrapping installation. Familiarity with welding, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and auto restoration techniques. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and airless paint sprayers. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or vehicle preparation tasks. Experience with detailing, auto detailing products, and general vehicle maintenance is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
