Join our team and take the next step in your collision repair career. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented paint prepper/helper to support our painter and help deliver top-quality results in our fast-paced, state-of-the-art collision repair center.
Responsibilities:
Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint Assist painters with material prep and booth setup Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared to receive paint Support the production team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 year of experience in paint prep Experience spraying Must own your own DA and blocks Familiarity with sanding, masking, and prepping techniques Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team setting A valid driver's license Experience with buffing is a plus We offer ongoing training, development opportunities, and a supportive work environment, along with available benefits.
