Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning, buffing, and polishing exteriors using hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto polishing equipment Use auto body repair techniques such as sanding, masking, and minor dent removal to ensure flawless surfaces Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying systems, ensuring smooth finishes and high-quality results Perform auto glass installation or replacement to maintain vehicle safety standards Conduct detailing tasks including interior cleaning, vacuuming, and surface finishing to meet dealership standards Assist with auto restoration projects by performing light welding or mechanical adjustments as needed Utilize auto estimating tools to assess repair needs and communicate with team members about vehicle status Skills Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair and vehicle detailing Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto painting equipment effectively Experience with auto glass installation, buffing techniques, and auto restoration processes Knowledge of auto estimating procedures and customer service principles Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently with auto parts and equipment Familiarity with welding, auto painting, airless paint spraying, and auto maintenance tasks Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to vehicle presentation and quality control This role offers an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals passionate about automotive excellence.
