Auto body mechanic

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (including MIG welding), and airless paint spraying systems to execute repairs efficiently Fabricate sheet metal parts and perform custom modifications as needed for vehicle restoration or repair projects Conduct auto painting and detailing to ensure a flawless finish that meets quality standards Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision Utilize auto estimating software to assess damages, prepare repair estimates, and communicate with customers effectively Assist in vehicle assembly, mechanical troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks to support overall vehicle repair processes Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and automotive restoration Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment (including soldering) Expertise in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, auto painting, and auto glass installation Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive repair techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts replacement Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair processes and estimates Familiarity with auto estimating software and auto body repair standards Experience with auto sanding, detailing, airless paint spraying, and assembly processes Join us if you're ready to bring your automotive skills to a vibrant team dedicated to quality craftsmanship!
