The ideal candidate will have experience in bumper repair, paint refinishing, and cosmetic automotive repairs while maintaining high-quality OEM standards and fast turnaround times. Responsibilities Perform SMART bumper repairs including scratches, scuffs, gouges, cracks, and minor plastic repairs Sand, prep, prime, paint, and refinish bumpers to OEM-quality standards Perform accurate OEM color matching and blending Maintain clean and organized work areas while following safety procedures Ensure repairs are completed efficiently to meet dealership and client turnaround expectations Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality control standards are met Communicate professionally with managers, advisors, and dealership staff Maintain tools, paint equipment, and repair materials Follow all state and environmental compliance regulations related to refinishing and repair operations Qualifications Experience in automotive bumper repair and refinishing preferred Knowledge of SMART repair techniques and paint processes Ability to color match and blend paint effectively Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company High-volume dealership and fleet accounts Professional equipment and support Performance incentives available Preferred Experience Dealership or reconditioning experience Knowledge of plastic welding and minor filler repairs Experience using waterborne paint systems Understanding of OEM refinishing standards
