40 hours/week | Overtime available | Paid holidays after 6 months | Paid vacation after 1 year About the Opportunity Kiddy's Classics is a specialty automotive restoration company focused on traditional coachworks, body refinement, and refinishing of classic vehicles. What You Will Do Surface Preparation & Coating Prep

• Prepare panels for epoxy, primer, and paint stages
• Clean panels using wax and grease remover and prep products
• Mask vehicles and parts for coating application
• Learn blocking and surface correction techniques as skills develop — this is foundational work, not a side task Inspection & Quality Control
• Identify rust, chips, dents, and surface flaws before work advances — if something is not right, you are expected to see it before it moves forward
• Develop the eye that experienced craftsmen use to read a surface properly
• Help maintain the shop quality standard at every stage Stripping & Media Blasting
• Strip panels and undercoating
• Prepare parts for blasting
• Operate blasting equipment as trained Shop Flow & Organization
• Label parts and track components through the build process
• Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized
• Assist with vehicle detailing, moving equipment, and general shop support What We Are Looking For
