In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying Paint Protection Film (PPF) to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances vehicle appearance and protects against damage. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing high-quality installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in auto body protection, vehicle detailing, and advanced installation techniques. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion of PPF. Measure, cut, and fit PPF sheets precisely to match vehicle contours and specifications. Apply PPF using specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and airless paint sprayers to achieve smooth, bubble-free finishes. Use hand tools and power tools to trim excess film and ensure perfect edges for a seamless look. Conduct quality inspections of completed installations, checking for defects or imperfections. Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools and materials efficiently, and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Skills Prior dealership experience or auto body repair background is highly preferred. Proficient in welding, auto painting, buffing, and auto glass installation techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and auto restoration. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service principles. Experience with auto detailing, auto painting, auto body repair, and vehicle customization is a plus.
