Job Description

All Roads Truck & Auto Repair is a family owned and operated small business automotive repair shop located in Port St Lucie, Florida in search of new employees for our steadily growing and expanding business. Since 2014, All Roads has been providing an array of services in the automotive and auto body industry, offering dependable maintenance service and quality repairs! We are specializing in automotive repair, fleet maintenance, and Jeeps while also conducting various work on other cars and trucks. All Roads Truck & Auto Repair is seeking a Body Shop Technician who can proudly work on the exterior and interior of our customer's vehicles. This will include the repair, replacement, and upgrading of various car parts. You will also spend time refinishing vehicles and preparing them to be painted. This will involve sanding cars, ordering necessary supplies from the paint department, and ensuring that the body of the vehicle is ready to take on a new coat of paint.
Job Description:
Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are received. Prepares vehicles for body repair work or for painting. Replace damaged body parts including but not limited to bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim Realign car frames and repair structural damage Repair dents and other minor body damage Fit, attach, and weld replacement parts into place Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time. Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
Essential Job Skills:
Knowledge of technical and mechanical procedures and equipment Ability to utilize a wide variety of car maintenance and repair tools Strong reading skills and understanding of service manuals Basic technological and mathematical proficiency Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more Detail and deadline oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills

Job Type:
Full time employees, Monday through Friday Pay Range (subject to change based off of demonstrated skill sets or certifications): $15-$30/hourly
Education and Experience:
