Job Requirements:

Looking for a Class A Finisher. Best of the best. Performing patching/bodywork on plugs and custom boats Mixing and applying different fillers and leveling with an air sander or block Detail-oriented Willingness to learn Team player Repairs fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using a spray gun with paint, buffer with wax, polish, compound, fillers, putty, and/or paste. Inspect boat surfaces for defects such as air voids, cuts, cracks, chips, etc. Fiberglass and gel-coat repair Must be able to block, sand, repair patchwork, and buff boat hulls, decks, and small parts.
