Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using airless spray guns, power tools, or hand tools with precision and attention to detail Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, and welding to restore vehicle integrity Buff, polish, and detail painted surfaces for a smooth, high-gloss finish that exceeds customer expectations Conduct quality inspections on painted vehicles to ensure flawless finishes and adherence to safety standards Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive auto body painting background demonstrating skill in auto restoration Proficiency with welding techniques and mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair processes Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines Experience with auto painting techniques including airless spray application and detailing processes Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto glass replacement is a plus Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks required in auto body repair environments Join us in delivering outstanding vehicle restorations that turn heads!
