As Alaska's Collision Care Family, we're known for precision repairs, straightforward guidance, and a team-centered culture built on honesty, respect, and continuous learning. We are seeking a qualified and dependable Journeyman Auto Body & Frame Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will perform structural and non-structural collision repairs that return vehicles to pre-accident condition safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship, strong communication, and continuous improvement. Location:
Alaska. Chaz Limited has five shops in Anchorage (2), Eagle River, Wasilla and Fairbanks.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required What You'll Do Perform light to heavy collision repairs, including structural repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Measure, pull, and repair frames to manufacturer specifications Complete repairs using safe, efficient, and accurate repair methods Review repair plans and identify any additional damage or needed parts Communicate clearly with estimators, production staff, and team members throughout the repair process Reassemble vehicles to quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company, OEM, and safety procedures What You'll Bring 3-5+ years of collision repair experience in a high-volume, DRP-driven shop Ability to complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work Frame and measuring knowledge required Aluminum repair experience required I-CAR, ASE, and manufacturer certifications highly preferred Car-O-Liner training and certifications highly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment What's in it for you?
