Full-Time Apprenticeship About the Program We are looking for motivated, dependable, and career-focused individuals to join our team through our I-CAR supported apprenticeship program. This opportunity is designed for people who want to build a long-term career in collision repair while receiving hands-on training from experienced technicians and earning I-CAR training credits. At our shop, we are committed to building a high-quality team and maintaining a strong culture built on professionalism, accountability, respect, and teamwork. Skills can be taught, attitude, effort, and character cannot. We are looking for driven individuals who are eager to learn the trade from the ground up and grow with our company long term. We take our culture seriously. Candidates who are not a good fit for our team environment, work ethic, or values will not be considered for the position. What You'll Learn Collision repair fundamentals Vehicle disassembly and reassembly Surface preparation and refinishing support Dent and structural repair basics Proper tool and equipment usage Shop safety procedures and OEM repair standards Estimating and repair process workflow Team communication and professional shop practices Responsibilities Assist technicians with daily repair tasks Prepare vehicles and parts for repair and refinishing Maintain a clean and organized work area Learn proper repair techniques and shop procedures Follow safety guidelines and manufacturer standards Participate in I-CAR training and complete assigned coursework Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to learn every day Qualifications Strong interest in automotive collision repair Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and accept coaching Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED preferred What We Offer Hands-on training with experienced technicians Opportunity to earn I-CAR credits and industry knowledge Clear career growth path into a full-time technician role A supportive, team-oriented work environment Competitive entry-level pay Access to professional tools, equipment, and training resources Long-term career opportunities for the right individuals Career Opportunity This apprenticeship is intended to develop the next generation of collision repair professionals.
