Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Worker and become a vital part of restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care! In this energetic role, you'll be hands-on with auto body repair, sheet metal fabrication, and vehicle restoration projects. Your expertise will help clients get back on the road safely and confidently, while you develop your skills in automotive repair, auto painting, welding, and more. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a tangible difference through their craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration using hand tools and power tools. Fabricate and shape sheet metal components to match vehicle specifications with precision welding techniques such as MIG welding and soldering. Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth, professional finishes that meet quality standards. Remove and install auto glass, ensuring proper sealing and alignment for safety and aesthetics. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including minor mechanical repairs, detailing, and auto restoration projects. Utilize auto estimating software to assess damages accurately and prepare repair plans. Assist in assembly of vehicle parts during the repair process while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and tool use. Experience Dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, auto painting, and auto glass installation. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, sheet metal work, and automotive repair techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and welding equipment. Knowledge of auto body repair procedures including auto estimating and detailing. Experience with auto restoration projects or classic car repairs is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
