With over 20 years of experience, we've transitioned from full custom restoration to high-quality collision repair. Our crew is tight-knit, most employees have been with us for over a decade and we're growing by choice, not necessity. What We're Looking For We're looking for a collision repair technician who understands the full scope of modern repair work. With plenty of flag hours available each week, this is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, knows proper repair procedures, and wants to be part of a stable, no drama team. Key Responsibilities Full disassembly of vehicles to ensure accurate estimates and eliminate supplements or last minute parts delays Replace damaged panels using correct repair procedures and equipment Identify all repair needs upfront to minimize cycle time Follow work orders for all repairs and procedures Properly store or cover parts during repair process Perform high-quality repairs: welding, hammer/dolly, filling, etc. Confirm parts fitment and match (mirror match before paint) Reassemble vehicles with correct panel gaps and alignments Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe Complete all documentation/checklists before vehicle moves to next stage Required Skills & Experience 3+ years experience in a professional body shop Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Ability to read and follow estimates, repair plans, and work orders Can work independently and communicate well with others Positive attitude, flexible mindset, dependable Physical Requirements This is an active role in a shop environment. Daily activities include bending, kneeling, lifting, and working with power tools. Exposure to paint fumes, dust, and noise is expected.
