Auto Collision Experts is looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Body Technician to join our growing team. We're an easygoing shop with a steady workflow and a supportive environment. What You'll Do:

Perform light to heavy body repair work, including frame pulling and body panel replacement or repair Prep and block vehicles for paint Assess vehicle damage and plan efficient repair strategies Ensure repairs meet quality standards while staying on schedule Communicate with team members regarding repair progress Make safety- and cost-conscious decisions about repair vs. replacement Remove and reinstall parts, trim, and interior components as needed File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using both hand and power tools

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in the auto body repair field Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to operate a frame machine Knowledge of manufacturer repair processes I-CAR welding certification and/or MIG welding experience a plus Certification in body repair preferred Ability to interpret and use measuring data Must have your own tools Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
