Collision Service Center, a trusted name in Schaumburg for over 30 years, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our growing, family-owned and operated collision repair facility. Our shop is independent, family-run, and deeply rooted in the local community. Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed If you're looking to be more than just a number at a corporate shop, and want to be part of a respected local business that values quality, teamwork, and positivity, apply today and take the next step in your career with Collision Service Center. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we'll help you get it!) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
