What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation and Holidays Paid Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Referral Bonus Program Stable, full-time employment with a respected dealership Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of collision repair/body shop experience required I-CAR certifications are a plus Strong knowledge of vehicle disassembly, repair planning, and collision repair procedures Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Professional communication and customer-service skills Responsibilities Perform complete vehicle disassembly to assist in creating accurate and thorough repair plans Identify all damage and necessary repairs to minimize supplements and improve repair efficiency Follow repair orders and manufacturer guidelines throughout the repair process Complete structural and non-structural repairs to industry standards Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Test drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs Prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Ready to Take the Next Step?
