Full Job Description Collision Repair Center Manager Duties:
- Managing 10+ employees
- Assess and repair damage to vehicle bodies, frames, and components
- Communicating between shop and office
- Providing lists of parts needed to complete repairs
- Inventory for parts and materials
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair/paint techniques and procedures
- Strong knowledge of power tools and equipment used in a body/paint shop
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with dealership standards and procedures for vehicle maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and address mechanical issues related to body repairs
- Experience with managing 10+ employees This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collision Repair Center Manager to join our team.
