We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our growing collision repair team. Position Summary The Body Shop Technician is responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards while meeting production and quality goals. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform collision repair, including structural and non-structural repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and components Perform welding, straightening, sanding, and refinishing preparation Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards Maintain productivity goals and complete repairs in a timely manner Collaborate with estimators and team members to ensure accurate repairs Keep work area clean and maintain tools and equipment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications 2+ years of automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred Strong understanding of repair techniques, tools, and equipment Ability to read and follow repair orders and estimates Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship Valid driver's license and clean driving record
