The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage. This role requires a strong understanding of auto body repair techniques, proficiency with various tools and materials, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Experience in dealership environments, auto painting, welding, and vehicle maintenance will be highly valued. The technician will collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality collision repairs in accordance with OEM repair procedures Operate and accurately use a frame machine Read, understand, and follow repair estimates precisely Assess vehicle damage and communicate required repairs clearly with the estimator Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and the collision center manager to ensure efficient workflow Complete repairs in a timely manner without compromising quality or safety Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Proven experience as an auto body technician in a collision repair environment Ability to read and follow written repair estimates and OEM procedures Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset I-CAR Welding Certification preferred (Expired certifications are acceptable — we can assist with recertification) Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality repairs What We Offer Flag rate pay structure Opportunity to work in a professional, team-driven collision center Support for training and certification advancement Steady workflow and a focus on doing repairs the right way If you're a skilled technician who values safety, precision, and teamwork, we'd like to hear from you.
