Responsibilities Assist with auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and surface preparation using hand tools and power tools Support welding tasks such as MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication to restore vehicle structures Learn to operate auto painting equipment including airless paint sprayers and ensure high-quality finishes Help with auto glass replacement and installation, ensuring proper sealing and alignment Participate in vehicle maintenance tasks like detailing, sanding, masking, and light mechanical repairs Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, use of power tools, and handling of hazardous materials Collaborate with team members on auto restoration projects and assist in assembly and disassembly of vehicle parts Experience Dealership experience or hands-on automotive repair background is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic auto body repair techniques preferred Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience will support your growth in understanding vehicle systems Prior exposure to auto painting, auto estimating, or auto restoration is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills are valued for interacting with clients and team members alike Embark on an exciting journey into the world of automotive repair!
