Having accomplished this goal, our very busy I-CAR Gold Class collision center is in immediate need of an experienced Collision Repair Technicians. Qualifications, Responsibilities and expectations: 5+ years of collision repair experience Aluminum and Steel I-CAR welding certification, and I-CAR Platinum Certification are a plus Ability to comprehend and follow manufacturer procedures for all repairs Ability to attend 5+ day out-of-state training classes when required Complete all training pre-requisites for OEM certifications and I-Car Gold required annual courses in a timely manner National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) preferred Compliance with OSHA and Company Safety Programs and standards Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work Ability to disassemble and reassemble vehicles (interior and exterior). High production capabilities with excellence as a quality standard Commitment to customer's vehicle safety and first-class customer satisfaction Maintain clean and organized shop area Ability to work closely with others and independently Must have a valid driver license in good standing.
