Health and Dental insurance available Duties Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Repair and replace damaged body panels. Straighten frames and structural components as needed. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles. Apply auto estimating techniques to assess damage scope and determine repair procedures accurately. Perform detailing and finishing work to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards before delivery to customers. Experience Experience in auto body repair is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and operate various power tools efficiently.
