We are looking for the best—and we are willing to pay for it. All job offers are provided in writing . Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Massachusetts driver's license ASE certifications preferred, but not required Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Assist with vehicle disassembly, damage assessment, and reassembly File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces in preparation for paint Repair or replace damaged components; align body panels Install and adjust lighting systems Assist with ADAS calibrations as needed Assist with or independently perform various stages of the painting process Perform wet sanding, buffing, and paint polishing Complete light cosmetic repairs on exterior body panels Perform final cleaning and detailing prior to vehicle delivery Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards Support general shop operations, including equipment maintenance and organization About the Shop We are a well-established, independent automotive shop with 11 bays and modern equipment , proudly serving the community for over 45 years . Our facility is located in Marshfield, MA .
