  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement Utilize MIG, STRW and Aluminum welding techniques for structural repairs and fabrication tasks Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and repairs as needed Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with co-workers regarding repair processes and timelines Estimate repair costs accurately and provide detailed reports for supplemental process Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process Qualifications Previous experience in a collision shop setting is preferred but not required Proficiency in auto body repair techniques, including sheet metal work, fabrication and welding Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair Familiarity with auto glass installation and replacement processes is a plus Ability to perform assembly tasks related to vehicle components Experience in auto restoration projects is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Effective communication skills for team collaboration High school graduate or equivalent Valid drivers license Join our dedicated team of professionals who take pride in delivering top-notch automotive services.
