Responsibilities:
Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and the repair team Review supplements and update repair plans as needed Ensure proper documentation and photo capture for all estimates Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
Requirements:
1 year of auto body estimating experience minimum Knowledge of estimating software (CCC One preferred) Strong understanding of collision repair processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask
