In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality auto body repairs, including collision damage repair, painting, and refinishing. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive repair and restoration to showcase their craftsmanship in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced techniques. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (including MIG welding), and fabrication techniques to restore vehicle frames and panels. Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying systems and ensure flawless finishes through detailing and polishing. Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision. Execute sheet metal work, soldering, and auto restoration projects to bring vehicles back to showroom quality. Assess vehicle damage accurately for auto estimating purposes and communicate repair plans clearly to customers. Handle heavy lifting safely while working on vehicle assembly or disassembly tasks, maintaining a focus on safety standards at all times. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and automotive restoration. Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and the use of various hand and power tools. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including auto painting, auto glass installation, and general automotive repair. Skilled in working with sheet metal, auto estimating software, and performing detailed auto finishing work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repair processes clearly to clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or repair tasks. Knowledge of auto maintenance procedures and experience with auto painting techniques such as airless spray systems.
