Job Description
Looking for a highly skilled automotive painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of automotive painting, from preparation to final color applications. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling in cracks and dents, and sanding surfaces Mask and tape surfaces not to be painted Apply primer and paint using spray guns and/or brushes Blend and mix paint to match original colors and finishes Repair and touch-up paint imperfections such as scratches and chips Communicate with other members of the team to ensure the quality and consistency of the work Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of different types of paint, equipment, and techniques used in automotive painting Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and diagrams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a positive work environment.
