Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Body Repair & Paint Technician specializing in heavy-duty trucks and buses . This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in structural and cosmetic body repairs, as well as high-quality paint finishing. If you take pride in craftsmanship and have a strong background in heavy-duty vehicle repair, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform body repairs on heavy-duty trucks and buses , including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs Assess damage and develop repair plans to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition Operate tools and equipment such as welders, frame machines, sanders, and spray guns Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming Mix and apply paint to achieve precise color matching and a high-quality finish Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards Inspect completed work for accuracy and completeness Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy-duty body repair (trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles required) Proven expertise in collision repair, welding, and refinishing techniques Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle structures and materials Ability to use professional repair and painting equipment Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required State of Michigan Body Repair Technician License a plus Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for advancement Stable and growing work environment Why Join Us?
