Our collision center is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable Body Shop Technician to join our team. We take pride in high-quality repairs, a strong team environment, and providing excellent service to our customers. Position Summary The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform body repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs Repair and replace damaged vehicle components Perform welding, grinding, sanding, and metal finishing as needed Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards Work closely with estimators and management to complete repairs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous auto body repair experience required Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely and effectively Welding and frame experience preferred Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a good driving record Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Apply Today If you're a motivated technician looking for a stable career with a growing automotive group, we'd love to hear from you.
