Job Description

Now Hiring:
Experienced Auto Body & Collision Technicians Tired of Being Told Your Work Isn't Worth Paying For? If you've ever heard: "The insurance company won't pay for that." "We can't charge for that." "Just do what you can with the hours." Then you already know something is wrong. The problem isn't your skill level. It isn't your productivity. It isn't your work ethic. The problem is that too many collision repair facilities have spent decades putting insurance company relationships ahead of the technicians who actually perform the repairs. You invested years mastering your craft. You've purchased thousands of dollars in tools. You've developed skills that few people possess. Yet many technicians are still expected to absorb unpaid labor, cut corners, or accept suppressed compensation because of agreements made between repair facilities and insurance carriers. We believe that's backwards. The Industry Has Changed For years, insurance companies convinced shops that reduced labor rates and concessions would be offset by increased vehicle volume. Many technicians know how that story ended. The result was declining repair quality, technician burnout, and a mass exodus of talented people from the collision industry. Many independent shops disappeared, while large corporate repair chains expanded. Today, the market has shifted. Skilled collision technicians are harder to find than ever. Consumers are more informed. Vehicle owners are paying attention to repair quality, online reviews, and who they trust to restore one of their largest investments. Quality workmanship matters again. What We Believe We believe technicians should: Be paid for the work they perform. Be respected as professionals. Have the time and resources to complete repairs correctly. Take pride in the vehicles they repair. Work for a company that values craftsmanship over insurance company approval. Our business was built on quality repairs, not DRP volume. We've never had to chase work because customers seek us out for the results we deliver. When you perform exceptional work, people notice. Who We're Looking For We're looking for experienced collision repair professionals who: Care about doing repairs the right way. Take pride in their craftsmanship. Understand modern repair procedures. Want to work in an environment where quality comes first. Are tired of feeling like their expertise is being discounted. If you're the technician everyone turns to when the repair is difficult, complicated, or requires real skill, we'd like to talk with you. Your Career Deserves Better This industry was built by skilled tradespeople—not insurance companies. If you're burned out, frustrated, or simply ready to work somewhere that respects your abilities and compensates you fairly, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Hold your head high. Be proud of your craft. Get paid for your expertise. Let's have a conversation.
