The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with expertise in using various power tools and techniques for auto body work. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform repairs on damaged vehicles including bodywork, frame straightening, and panel replacement. Utilize power tools and equipment for cutting, welding, and fabricating parts as needed. Inspect vehicles for structural damage and assess repair needs. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in auto body technology. Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in using power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint sprayers. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Experience in soldering and fabricating parts is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
