Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shop Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various aspects of auto repair and maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that our vehicles are serviced to the highest standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring compliance with dealership standards. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or . Execute auto painting tasks using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently. Assist in heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment as required during repair processes. Prepare detailed auto estimates for repair work, providing accurate assessments of time and materials needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in a dealership or similar automotive repair environment is preferred.. . Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
