You will leverage your technical expertise in diagnostics, structural repair, and precision refinishing to ensure every vehicle is returned to its optimal condition. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive mechanical and electrical diagnostics to resolve complex vehicle performance issues. Perform structural collision repairs, including panel replacement, frame alignment, and dent restoration. Prepare vehicle surfaces through meticulous sanding, masking, and priming to ensure professional-grade results. Utilize advanced spray equipment to apply basecoats and clearcoats, achieving perfect color matches. Operate welding and fabrication tools to repair or replace damaged vehicle components. Conduct final quality assurance inspections to verify that all repairs meet safety and aesthetic standards. Maintain a highly organized and safe workspace in compliance with industry safety regulations. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in automotive repair, bodywork, or refinishing. Demonstrated proficiency with diagnostic scanners, power tools, and collision repair equipment. Strong understanding of automotive systems, including suspension, brakes, and electrical. Ability to perform precise color matching and high-quality paint application. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain an active posture throughout the shift. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Preferred Skills Current ASE or I-CAR certifications. Specialized experience with aluminum and steel bodywork. Prior experience in high-volume collision centers or professional restoration facilities. Advanced knowledge of modern automotive paint systems and finishing techniques.
