The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body painting. Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools Perform buffing and polishing to achieve a high-gloss finish on vehicles Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members on vehicle repairs, estimations, and customer service tasks Heavy lifting of vehicle parts or components may be required during certain procedures Requirements At least 5 years of experience in auto body painting Ability to operate airless paint sprayers and perform buffing with precision Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
