In this role, you will utilize your technical skills to repair, refinish, and restore a variety of vehicles, ensuring top-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about automotive repair, auto restoration, and craftsmanship to showcase their talents in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced tools and techniques. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to secure sheet metal and repair vehicle frames. Repair or replace auto glass and perform detailing to ensure vehicles look their best inside and out. Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Assess vehicle damage accurately for auto estimating purposes and communicate repair plans clearly with customers. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle to ensure quality control and accountability. Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with a strong understanding of auto body processes. Certification in MIG welding/Aluminum GMA, sheet metal fabrication, and auto restoration techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and general automotive repair. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and welding equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision in detailed work such as auto detailing or assembly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and provide professional guidance.
