Body Shop Technician (Experienced)

In this role, you will be responsible for performing vehicle body repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction experience at our dealership. Responsibilities Perform collision repairs, including metal straightening, panel replacement, and refinishing. Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates. Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards after repairs. Operate and maintain body shop equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with technicians, insurance adjusters, and management to complete repairs in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with shop safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role in automotive repair. Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods.
