Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration with precision and efficiency Utilize MIG welding, automotive welding equipment, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques to restore structural integrity of vehicles Use hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes Conduct auto glass replacements, auto painting with airless paint spraying techniques, and detailing to ensure a flawless appearance Apply sheet metal work and fabrication skills for custom repairs or modifications using automotive repair standards Assist in vehicle assembly, auto restoration projects, and performing heavy lifting as needed to handle various repair tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience working as an automotive body technician with dealership or collision center background preferred Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes including welding repair, sheet metal work, sanding techniques, and auto painting Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, automotive welding equipment operation, and fabrication repair techniques Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and experience with auto glass installation and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service skills for effective communication with clients Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and airless paint sprayers safely and efficiently Valid experience in working with automotive restoration projects or custom fabrication is a plus Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
