We specialize in high-volume vehicle operations and are building an in-house body shop division focused on fast turnaround times, quality repairs, and keeping vehicles on the road. This is NOT a slow-paced shop environment. We need people who move with urgency, communicate well, and take pride in their work. If you're hungry, dependable, and know how to repair vehicles efficiently without sacrificing quality, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Perform body repairs on fleet vehicles Repair dents, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, and panels Sand, prep, and paint vehicles Replace damaged body components Perform cosmetic reconditioning Maintain clean and organized work areas Work alongside management to prioritize fast vehicle turnaround Inspect completed work for quality assurance Communicate repair timelines clearly Assist with light collision repair work Qualifications Previous auto body experience preferred Experience with sanding, prep, painting, and panel replacement Must have valid driver's license Must be dependable and punctual Strong work ethic required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player mindset Must provide own tools (preferred) Preferred Experience Fleet repair experience Collision shop experience Paint booth experience Insurance repair knowledge Quick-turn production environment experience What We Offer Competitive pay Consistent workflow Growth opportunities Performance bonuses Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company Long-term advancement opportunities Strong team environment Schedule Monday-Friday Some Saturdays as needed 8-10 hour shifts
