Successful candidate will be able to set their own hours weekly. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Hours are paid weekly. All Candidates will be subject to Background Checks. Responsibilities Perform body repairs on vehicles, including sheet metal work and welding. Assess damage and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs needed. Utilize hand tools and equipment to disassemble and assemble vehicle components. Execute auto painting tasks to ensure a flawless finish on repaired areas. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks to ensure all repairs meet safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop. Proficiency in sheet metal repair, welding techniques, and auto painting. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment specific to auto body work. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
