- Assist Body Technicians with repairs and vehicle disassembly/reassembly
- Perform minor body repairs and panel replacement as assigned
- Remove and install trim, moldings, lights, bumpers, and related components
- Complete repair work according to manufacturer and shop standards
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the repair process
- Assist with final vehicle preparation and quality inspections
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all shop safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with technicians, estimators, and management
- Complete additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Previous body shop, collision repair, prepper, or automotive repair experience preferred
- Experience with sanding, masking, priming, and vehicle preparation
- Basic understanding of body repair and refinishing processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Benefits
