Auto Body Paint Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Auto Body painter will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Duties Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Skills Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficient in the use of hand tools and automotive repair equipment. Mechanical aptitude with experience in automotive repair or related fields. Welding skills for metal repairs and fabrication tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. Experience with soldering techniques for electrical components. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fabricate parts as needed. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Previous experience working in a dealership setting is a plus. Pay:
