Friday:

8:00am-12:00pm How You Get Paid Guaranteed income during slower periods Strong bonus structure that rewards productivity No cap on what you can earn What We're Looking For Experienced Auto Body / Collision Technician High producer who manages their time well Experience with waterborne paint systems (required) Self-starter — doesn't wait to be told what to do Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and professional conduct Your Responsibilities Perform complete collision repair from teardown to final delivery Structural and non-structural body repairs and panel replacement Prep, prime, block, and refinish vehicles Spray waterborne paint systems with quality and consistency Perform color matching and blending Reassemble vehicles to OEM standards Maintain repair quality to ensure no rechecks (Bonus) Perform or assist with ADAS calibrations Complete damage inspections on every vehicle Maintain a clean, organized workspace (shop, tools, paint areas) Follow proper repair procedures — Fixed Right the First Time Support your team and contribute to a strong shop culture Apply Today We're not looking for just anyone—we're looking for one strong technician who wants to be part of something solid.
