Starting at $20.00/hr (based on experience and performance)

Fargo, ND (Indoor Spray Shop) About the Role Weyer Companies is hiring for an indoor spray shop role working with cabinets, millwork, paints, stains, and specialty finishes. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys detailed work, learning a trade, and seeing a finished product come together. Paid training is provided. Spray equipment experience is helpful, but not required. What You'll Do Prep cabinets and components for finishing Sand, mask, clean, and make small surface corrections Work with paints, stains, and specialty coatings Learn to use spray equipment safely and correctly Help maintain consistent color and finish quality Assist with final assembly, inspection, and touch-ups Keep the spray booth and shop area clean and organized This Role May Be a

Enjoy hands-on work in an indoor shop setting Like detailed work and take pride in a clean finished product Can follow steps and stay consistent throughout the day Are comfortable learning equipment, coatings, and shop routines Speak up when something does not look right or needs attention Work well with a small team •No spray finishing experience is required. Experience with painting, staining, auto body, woodworking, cabinets, or detailed prep work can be helpful.
