Auto Body Recon Technician

Looking to get your foot in the door in the automotive industry? J&L Auto Body is hiring an Entry-Level Recon Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn the auto body trade from experienced professionals while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop. No prior experience in auto body repair is required. If you're motivated, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll teach you the skills needed to build a long-term career in the industry. What You'll Learn & Do:

As a Recon Technician, you'll help prepare vehicles for repair and refinishing while learning the fundamentals of the auto body industry.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and preparing vehicles for repairs Sanding and prepping panels for paint Light buffing and touch-up work Assisting body and paint technicians Keeping the shop organized and operating efficiently Helping move vehicles and maintain the facility You'll gain real hands-on experience and develop valuable skills that can lead to high-paying careers in the collision repair industry.
