Responsibilities & Requirements:

Meet and greet customer Help making claims Prepare estimates/ photos for upload and approvals Maintain contact with customer while vehicle is in the repair process Maintaining communication regarding status of repairs. Must have a valid drivers license Must pass a drug screen Prefer I-car or other industry training systems Must be fluent in ccc 1 The successful candidate will be: Team oriented Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Able to Prepare Accurate Estimates Able to utilize his/her Strong Communication Skills Experienced with 10 + Years in a Body Shop or with an
