Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work using hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and fabrication techniques. Utilize welding skills such as MIG welding and soldering to repair or fabricate vehicle components, ensuring structural integrity. Use auto body repair knowledge to assess damage, prepare vehicles for repair, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete assembly, detailing, and final inspection of repaired vehicles for customer delivery. Experience Prior collision repair shop experience Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, sheet metal work, and auto body repair techniques. Demonstrated ability in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and auto painting processes. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including auto glass installation, auto restoration, and general automotive repair.
