In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs on vehicles, ensuring they are restored to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service by providing efficient, thorough, and reliable repairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence in automotive repair. Responsibilities Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and structural repairs using advanced tools and techniques. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to restore vehicle integrity and safety. Fabricate and shape sheet metal components to match OEM specifications for seamless repairs. Operate power tools, hand tools, and frame equipment to prepare surfaces for paint finishes. Conduct auto Body and Structural repairs and panel replacements. Repair and restore vehicle to safety standards. Follow auto estimating procedures accurately to ensure proper repair scope and customer satisfaction. Lift heavy vehicle parts safely during assembly or disassembly processes while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on repair "blueprinting" for optimal results. Requirements Proven Auto body shop experience demonstrating proficiency in collision repair techniques. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, soldering, and the use of power tools and hand tools. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, assembly, and automotive repair systems. Ability to utilize auto estimating software is a plus but not required. Clear communication and professionalism with team members. Mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive systems is desirable. Join our team where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
