This role is based in Sparks, NV and offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in repairing and fabricating truck bodies will be essential to maintaining the high standards of our fleet. Responsibilities Perform fabrication, welding, and body repair on commercial trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. Assess damage and provide accurate estimates for repair work. Use various tools and equipment to strip, repair, and replace damaged panels and structural components. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company quality guidelines. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper use of tools and safety equipment. Requirements Proven experience in fabrication and body work, preferably in a commercial truck or heavy vehicle environment. Proficiency with welding equipment and techniques. Strong knowledge of metalworking, measuring, and repair processes. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
